Mindful Moments: Inside Out Edition
Join us for a fun and engaging one-day workshop designed to teach kids mindfulness techniques and emotional awareness through the beloved movie Inside Out! Perfect for ages 7-14, this workshop will help kids prepare for the new school year by learning how to mindfully express and manage their emotions.
